Hi /fit/, recently i have been doing lateral raises/rear delt flyes while i watch anime. I watch anime everyday for 40-60minutes. This means that everyday I exhaust my delts along with my normal mon wed fri routine (just weighted pullups and dips slowly increasing weight).

Around the same time i started doing this, however, I've noticed I always wake up in the middle of the night wide awake. I've read somewhere that overtraining causes this but im not sure if its true. Can any of you confirm this?

My normal training routine hasnt been affected at all (i was able to increase my reps and weight as planned).

I've heard that rear delts can take a lot of work but not sure about side delts if you do ohp.

In my experience I worked out 5 days minimum a week. I had to take 2 weeks off because of a move, and immediately noticed I was over trained for a whole year.

De-load for two weeks.
