How does one go about getting abs to pop off without flexing them?
I have a nice set of six-pack abs. They clearly show when I flex them, but are immediately gone when I'm relaxed. When I sit down, I look like a skinnyfat faggot.

Do planks, crunches, dragon flags or buy an an roller. There's a million different core exercises you can do just choose a few and do them often. Go on a cut to lower % body fat. If people can't see your cuts when in rest then your %bf is still too high.

Standing/kneeling cable crunches are really good and my gym has a crunch machine that absolutely fucks my shit up. Planks and pullovers are decent, and so are things like woodchoppers.
Go heavy don't just do this 25 bodyweight crunch bullshit. Progressive, fucking, overload.

Honestly, if you feel like your body fat is plenty low and they're still not popping you need to do heavy core centric exercises. There are some people on /fit/ that will tell you compounds will cover it, they are wrong,
