My best squat ever was this 535x3 here. Right now today I'm having a comeback after 2.5 months of doing ZERO. Immediately before that point I stopped lifting I had gotten a 475x5 squat with a belt and no sleeves.
What strategies do you recommend for my comeback? I have been getting very sore so leaving some in the tank. Today I only did 315 3x5 beltless yet it was tough because yesterday I destroyed my upper back with huge shrug volume.
