Thanks friend, I'll try if I can sneak away from work a bit. I think you're right on 14-15. I started seeing my abs without flexing for the first time couple of weeks ago but all the measurement body fat calculators tells me between 6 and 8% and I don't believe that for a second.

Hungry skeleton coming through. Why are injuries the biggest gains goblins? I'm only progressing on my back and lower body because my shoulders are fucked. Just kill me now.

Should I just abandon strength training and focus on hypertrophy? I can't go heavy on bench or OHP or any type of pressing motion because my shoulders and collarbone feel like they're going to snap.

Posted this in another thread a while back but no reply. Currently in recovering from skinnyfat mode. I was 77 kg (170 lbs) 27% bf in March. Now about 64 kg (143 lbs) 14%-13% with little muscle mass. I took a break from my cut and am now at my maintenance TDEE. I dont know if im finally out of skinnyfat mode but it feels great to have better endurance now from so much cardio. I havent lifted a weight before but I will begin this Monday. Should I bulk or keep cutting? And is Starting Strength really a meme or is it a good program to follow? My end goal is mostly aesthetics with some decent strength

The only picture I have from the front is from the peak of my winter "bulk" (more accurately care-free eating period).

I barely curl (most of the winter I only did weighted chins).

My working set on the bench is 70-80 kgs depending on how I'm feeling, last time I tried to max out I hit 100x3. I don't squat, I haven't deadlifted for months (last time I did I was at 185x3).

So as I said they're almost half your stated weights and you STILL look like you've never lifted.
