What supplement?

look into peptides like GHRP-2 and ipamorelin
Synthol into feet for natty lifts and also wear heel inserts after that. Probably can give you like 6 inches

Take in a deep breath, reach your arms up into the air as high as they can go and imagine yourself reaching the roof while whispering "grow, grow, grow" 3x8-12

What about me, /fit/?
I turned 18 last January and I'm stuck around 5'7-5'8. I had basically one growth spurt during the beginning of puberty when I was about 12 or 13, and I don't think I've grown since. If I did, then it wasn't a largely noticeable amount, maybe an inch or so at most.
Was that it? One fucking growth spurt during the beginning and I'm stuck this way? Did anyone here still grow past 18? I hate being a genetic failure, it's not fair. I had no chance.

Same as you - among tallest guys in my class during elementary. Never really grew after age 12-13. I'm 27 and 5'9.
