Don't have much time while at the gym and I usually get to do about 6 or 7 exercises, and never get to workout my forearms.
So I bought one like pic and I use it everytime I'm on the PC or reading or not doing something that requires both arms.
But does is this really going to help me develop strength?

yes it does this help
It's a meme. If you want to train grip strength, you either use a wrist roller or do wrist curls.

Training wrists is not the same thing as grip strength and it would not work

hmm, I never heard of those things, they seem cheap.
But >>41568931
Is it true?

Mine helped to a degree but after a week I was able to bang out like 75 reps on and it became kind of pointless
In my opinion deadlift or pull ups are the best ways to improve your grip strength
Does the red end go in your ass?
You guys are full of shit. I just bought one of them yesterday and added it to my daily post workout forearm routine (wrist curls, roller and reverse curls), and it gave me actual DOMS.

that thing is too weak though, i can literally rep it 50+ on the max setting, get a better one
I should say that I'm a poor fag aswell, so this was an easy way to start.
But I think I can get to buy one dumbell so that can workout at home and save time at the gym.
Do you have to squeeze it really hard? Yes? Then it trains grip

I'm doing 30 reps at half setting, like 20kg if that's even true.
So it should be useful for me for some weeks.
But to get to do +50 reps at 40kg is going to actually help me at the gym or did you notice not a big change after using this thing?
(sorry for my english)
I have a few of these. They help.

well yeah i noticed i got stronger but i peaked too quickly with it, i would seriously opt for one with more ressistance

Okay for grip to a degree
Adds detail to your forearms

Get some thicc rubber bands to train your extensors also and you're set.
