According to my tracking, i have an intake of 51g of protein more than i should, less 23g of fat than i should and more 38g of carbohydrates and less 25 kcal than i should.
What are your insights and your tips? I only eat healthy fresh food and wourk out 6 times per week.

If you're really worried about having too much protein and not enough lipids you can add legume oils to your meals and stop eating chicken sandwiches at the top and half of every hour
Also that 25 kcal deficit is gonna land you in the hospital if you don't do something about it

I'm 164cm tall and I weight 65kg, I don't think there's really a big problem, i'm trying to bulk but the max i gain per week is 0.2kg

If you're that tall and weight 65kg, 2500kcal daily goal it's kinda complicated, eating some lipids wont hurt you
