Before workout (1:45-ish pm)
-1 lenny & larry's complete cookie or 1 apple

Post workout (4 pm)
-1 can of tuna or 1 protein scoop

Lunch (4:30-ish pm)
-200 gr chicken breast
-Salad (lettuce, 1/2 cucumber, 1 tomato)
-1 cup of rice or pasta

Dinner (10:00 pm)
-200 gr beef
-Salad (lettuce, 1/2 cucumber, 1 tomato, 1 avocado, cranberries)

20 mins before sleeping
-1 scoop casein with skim milk

During the day, I drink water or coffee.

Just tried making this, some anon posted it the other day

Accidentally bought baking powder instead of soda, but tried it out anyway.

turned out really fucking dry and not all that good. But I can definitely see the potential there if you get it just right. Going to try again tomorrow with baking soda. An entire egg might be too much, but like half an egg would probably help a lot.

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: Nothing

Snack after work: 400 - 500g of veggies. Carrots, Cucumber, Celery, and an apple typically, but I will add bell pepper, snap peas, or anything else that tastes good raw and is on sale. 50g whey protien, ~2 cups whole milk.

Dinner: Some sort of protein maybe a carb. This week chicken breasts are on sale. Other times I'll have cottage cheese, and some whole wheat bread.

I don't like cooking for just myself. Which is why the raw veggies.
