I have terrible issue with sweating like a pig doing any type of exercise,any hints on diet/anything else to help me tackle this problem?

Do more exercise, it means you're not fit and your body can't handle it so it's cooling itself down by sweating.
Eventually you won't sweat much anymore.

I've never met anyone who sweats more than me and ive always sweated the same amount regardless of how in shape I am. Just own it, i used to be self conscious of it but you learn to plan out what you're wearing depending on the weather and shit and work around it

yeah some people do sweat more than others. if you don't currently have cardio in your routine on a normal strength routine you will sweat more when walking to your car. dumb fuck

In fact, I'm pretty sure a persons body actually starts to sweat more, the better shape they are in, since it gets used to physical excercise and knows when to start cooling itself down.

Anecdotally, I'm in extremely good shape and I still sweat like crazy, more than anyone I know. I've always sweated a lot, and when I began to work out more often, I started sweating more than I used to. In basic training, I was constantly soaked in sweat while others didn't sweat a drop. I was also the first person and one of the only to get the maximum physical fitness score there.

it still influences. I'm also naturally really sweaty, when I started doing muay thai the floor below me would be slippery from my sweat after like 10 mins. Problem went away after about two or three weeks of training.
