its a little fatty but its easily the cheapest tastiest cut of meat in the grocery
Dutch oven
Stove at medium
Season pork with garlic salt black pepper and throw in half an onion 3 garlic cloves and 1 cup water

> cook another 45 mins on low
Should be brown and crispy the onions should be carmelized and the pork should pull apart like a pastry

basically get it off the base of the dutch oven either with a grill or a poverty grill in my case. rolled up tin foil.
Singe on the range for like 3 minutes a side with oil, cook at 325 for like 20 minutes per pound. Jews say it has to be up to 160 degrees but in fact 150 is fine and 137 is all that is necessary to kil worms.

its 1.88 a pound man, i just made 7 lbs of it and its way too much, i could feed like 14 people with this stuff, especially with sides.
Its good in sandwiches tho, maybe i'll freeze some and feed it to coworkers.
Put on the smoker at 225 til internal temp is 205. Enjoy.
