To do list

Regrettably, after an exhausting 10 hour EMS shift I went to burger King at 2 in the morning and stress ate like 3000 call. Oops

>ride bike 20 miles a day
>eat what I want because I do cardio everyday and lift 4 times a week, CICO bitch.
>sleep when I get to drunk or high to stand up straight

I have a phone, I'm shit posting on it right now.
I don't want to wear a suit unless I'm getting married and I make 28$/hr so fuck a suit job anyways.
Yeah no car, if I have to travel far enough that a vehicle is necessary I'm capable of renting something. Most the time can find a chump to drive while I passenger ride anyways.

Sure bro.
Whatever makes you feel better about your shitty life choices.
Losing weight while eating good food. Only trouble is slight hunger in the evenings, as I have stopped eating at 9 PM, and now try to eat dinner around 5 or 6 PM instead. I'm currently at 92kg, with a goal weight of 70kg. It's gonna take a while, but I'll get there.

>look at me and how much better I am
Typical cyclist

Muh EMS bro. Good on you for improving, it's definitely attainable to manage this work and gym. I still end up here every day, 4x a week for weights and the rest cardio. It's difficult but definitely attainable, keep grinding brother

I was better than you before I had the bike.
>tfw no money to buy food
>tfw substaining on Ramen and peanut butter
>tfw poorfag college student
Not going to like, it feels pretty bad guys.

>having your gf drive you around

I was working 12+ hour 1800 to 0600, on a California swing (2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off) and it was making sleep and exercise impossible. No time for myself or friends and led to a lot of horrible eating habits. Now that I'm working mon to Fri on 2nd shift I'm having g a much better life, though I'm worried about protecting my back

I'll admit it. I laughed

Congrats on successfully validating your existence on this website. Whats your routine?

that's so great you're making improvements! i totally get the stress eating thing as i work medical stuff and sometimes it can be super stressful :(
but just remember that you're getting better! and you fucked up once but that doesn't mean you'll continue fucking up. keep it up! xD
so like i was doing pretty well for a while, then stress ate a bunch of days in a row because we were short staffed as always and i was called into work at 2am one day. but i'm doing better again! no more chips lol and i'm back to strictly only eating REAL FOOD.
and i missed a few days at the gym because of all that up there but tomorrow i'm waking up early as fuck to get my gym in before i drive out of town for electrolysis.
self-improvement! <3
Everything is going well with lifting and work. Not satisfied at all though.
For some reason knowing that I just need to carry on doing what I'm doing feelsemptyman
>only went to apartment building's gym because it's all old people
>it's closed for renovation until August
>too autistic to get membership at a regular gym

where do you cycle? I've been meaning to get into it but I don't imagine people riding their bike around a neighborhood like 50 times over to hit 20 miles
I knew a guy that used to do 40 a day
I've dropped 60 pounds in the last year and have consistently been lifting weights for 4 years.
Still struggling with alcoholism, though.
