Summer is here.

I was meant to join the army in May so all of April i was cutting down on my food and going 3 times a week to the gym and was running (Well sometimes) now find out that they still have no date for when we are all joining. no0w have to get use to eating lots of food again. Im trying right now but im stuffed.....

No, but I will be by mid July.
Not that it matters much, there are always stacies at the beach at any time of the year here in socal.

Yeah, been cutting. Trying to reach t short mode by summer. Cant still go out with just a t shirt, rather have a hoodie on top of that. Cant walk against the wind etc.

109kg now, Ive been on 1500 kcal for 4 days now. Ill keep going untill Im at 90kg, I think. Gotta see how this goes. Ive just skipped breakfast and made sure I get around 150g protein, 50g fat and rest from carbs. Felt good so far.

It's not a cut if you're fat, it's just weight loss.

Not this summer. 6'1 and was 283 down to 195. Still got about 15-25 pounds of fat to lose.
