Fitbit calorie tracking is your TOTAL calories burned. Including TDEE. She's probably used to it being around 3,000-3500 every day (mine is usually at least at 3500-4000 before I go to bed). And as she said, she was in a different time zone. Her fitbit probably thought it was just past midnight, so it only counted a few calories that she would normally get from her "sleeping" calorie burn.

While you're somewhat correct in what you say, for some people, counting calories is a good way to stay on track. I've lost over 53lbs in the last 3 months counting my calories, which also helps me keep my macros in check at very high protein with low fat and carbs. Once I went from being obese to normal weight it pretty much made "fat acceptance" nearly impossible for me. If I can do it then so can you. Unless you have a genuine thyroid issue or something then just lose some fucking weight.

That's not to say people should be flat out hostile or trying to hurt other people because they're fat. But don't ever expect me to pretend I'm not annoyed as fuck at having to sit next to a fatty on a plane.

>She tells the bus driver "you need to kick somebody off because I take up two seats"
>The bus driver tells her she needs to either stand or get off
>She gets mad at him "Listen I'm not standing up you either kick someone off or I report you to your higher ups"
>The bus driver responds "My higher ups are going to tell you the same thing you either stand or you get off"
>"I'm not fucking standing you either kick someone off or I'll call them up"
>People in the bus are groaning and looking at their watches.
