In order to make a good burger you need to make a good sauce. Your other option is to add a bunch of shit inside the actual burger. Things like: peppers,garlic mushrooms, bits of other meat etc. Some faggots even add cheese inside the burger ,but its dumb because cheese should always go on top of the burger. Fucking faggots should not be allowed to cook.

90% fat is best balance between too much grease and too dry

Don't mix a bunch of crap into the meat. Whatever you mix in will lose most of it's flavor, in general. Just season both sides a lot when the burger is almost done cooking. Good flavor comes from toppings. Just find a mixture of sauce that you like and you'll love your burger. The meat should taste like meat. Don't be a European and put eggs and breadcrumbs in the meat; it's not wrong, it just takes away from the great flavor and texture the meat had.

for taste, fat is flavor. Pick a higher fat blend and grease the pan with butter. If using a grill, drizzle some butter on top of the patty

for /fit/ choose 80% lean or higher and go wild with spices, though browning the meat in a pan (not a patty) would probably taste better and allow better spread of spices/seasonings.

Mix 1 lb. ground beef,1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper. Makes 4 paddies (don't forget to dimple the center of each side of paddie so it will hold shape when cooking).

Chop onion and half a bell pepper grill them with some pam until they are a bit cooked. Them, add in some Tabasco sauce, 1/8th a cup of sharp cheddar cheese, tony chachere, worchestire sauce, then throw in sauteed veggies. Mix well, throw it on a charcoal grill with some apple wood chips.

grill meat patty slightly, take out when light brown. grill onions and garlic in residual fat/oil till light brown. toss in the meat and pepper/salt/Worcestershire. break it up and add shit if u want stir fry.
