did you use barbell? Using a surpine grip on a barbell puts a lot of strain on your wrists and forearms.

Yes, after I put it down and relax my arm, thats when i feel a sort of sting going through.

Your forearm muscles are disproportionately weaker than your arms. Basically causing shin splints. Strengthen your forearms and stretch
