i've yet to go to the gym today, but i might try to bench 117.5 in about three hours. failed miserably last time, but that was like ten days ago and i've only (successfully) done heavy deadlifts since then. hope the rest was enough because i won't have a spotter today. wish me luck!

I am 94 kg now and I have lifted seriously for 4 years.
PROTIP: don't listen to autistic programs of lifting (SL SS etc). If you wanna make gains you have to think logically, give enough rest to your body, but really do some hard as fuck challenging workouts whenever you feel mentally and physically ready. If you feel a bit weaker, don't go too yolo.
As long as u have fun guys, fun and challenges is the key factor to make lasting gains
