>>41548810
lifting since summer 2014, best ohp is 115 for 6, bench 210 for 3, squat 265 for 6, deadlift 405 for 3
2 years 1 month lifting, Started weak skinny fat (165lb, 6'1").
Can do 1pl8 OHP 3x5, have yet to hit 2/3/4 for even a 1rm, although I might be able to get 2/3 rn if I tried. Best sets are 3x3 195lb BP and 3x6 250lb squat, so a 1rm max for 2 and 3 might be possible.
Nowhere near 4 yet, partly because I've been focusing more on squat, partly because my grip strength is horrendous (I only do double overhand). 1rm for DL was 355lb, and that was like three-four months ago - haven't really deadlifted since.
1 is by far the easiest. I hit 1 for 1rm max about 10 months ago.
