It's actually in injectable form, shit blows everything out of the water as a preworkout and makes you stronger and harder than high dose Tren or Halotestin. And you feel great on it.

I get the best contraction from low incline Smith bench and weighted dips, just can't get a good a groove with DB's.

Once I start my next bulk I'm going to really try to bring my shit excuse of a chest up, lots of cable flyes.

Also don't fall for the "get a big bench and you won't be asking how to get a big chest", I benched 345 at 182lbs when I was 18, chest still tiny.

Good call. OHP is always lagging for me. Have been adding extra volume after bench days and it seems to be helping OHP catch up.

I see strength and aesthetics as the same thing- they both increase muscle size. I typically lift around 5x6 -> 6x8. Aiming for 2/3/5/6 ultimately.

but I do believe having a bigger bench number(taking out mechanical advantage and other variables literally stronger muscles) increase potential for faster muscle gain when switching over to mass building routine...

the problem I see with your physique besides general imbalance of upper chest mass across both pecs is something I struggled with and many other people have... maybe it's different if you have chest gap but one muscle ends smoothly so to speak while the other ends abruptly in the middle, I don't have a gap but I experienced this problem, in general getting bigger lessens severity of any difference but I have found doing db bench and taking the time and effort to get both arms/pecs separately and simultaneously to the same level has effectively decreased the amount of variation for myself drastically faster than flat bench ever could. that being said I have a nasty dip in my upper right pec, gaining mass has filled in the area around it quite a but, I don't know if it's my rib structure so this is just a citation for later until I can get an actual medical scan at some point but i'm still working on how to fill in my chest myself, so I'm not an expert.... just my 2 cents

I'm skinny fat definitely. I have a heart condition and have been severely depressed most of my life so I've never really worked out properly. I've been on a kick for about two weeks now though and it's going well. I work out 5 days a week sometimes twice a day and eat around 100g of protein a day. Trying to bump that up a bit.

6'4" and like 175ish. My goal is to be around 170 with a much lower bf%. Once I get to that point I'll probably not hate my body as much and I'll see where I want to go from there.

Regrets:
-I bought into the "chins are enough for biceps" for too long as a beginner. Do your curls.
-same with "compounds are enough for abs"
-wish I did more cardio to begin with

Also getting stuck in the cycle of "I'm getting fat, I should cut... I'm getting skinny, I should bulk" too often and too quickly. Gotta commit to the bulk to make the real gains.

I talk about my routine here. My routine is mostly bodyweight, and bands. I think most important routine is perspective thats why so many things can potentially work. Im 5 11 175. How many push ups depends, but I dunno around 500 or so when I work out, but I also do them with bands for many of them. How many years hrmm been almost 8 years now since the dying stuff happened. heres my journey so far
Started out as skele
lifted natty for about 18 months then started roiding lul got pretty big but then started getting gyno, paranoia, hair loss, also had to have a hernia operation doc told me it was to do with what i was taking think he was chatting shit though but i came off the gear and got really depressed watching all my gains disappear so didnt lift for about 7-8 months and got really fat
so now since about 6-7 months ago ive been back in the gym lifting as a natty and its going pretty well

You can get big with a caloric surplus and well programmed full body workouts 3-4 times a week with ample rest.

See what I did there. Diet. Routine. Rest. It's pretty simple. Tricep pulley pushdown/curls of all variations to hit each head of the muscle will give you impressive arms. Hammers curls are a must for brachialis and reverse for forearms.

It's a key movement because it hits the head of the muscle effectively. I do them with the pulley on the lowest setting with an ez-bar handle. Find another couple exercises to hit the forearms for full development. Without reverse curls my forearms wouldn't be as impressive. Hammer work is nice because it builds brachilais and forearms. Nice sweep for impressive arms.
