Im a holocaust mode 6'2" and 130lbs?
how do I gain weight? I've been eating like a landwhale in Houston and I have gotten strong as hell for my size but I simply can't gain weight. Supplements? More protein? How do I escape human kite mode? Am I doing my routine wrong? Do I have a tapeworm?
P.S. yes it's scoliosis.

hey dude, i was 130 lbs about 3 months ago, did gomad for a month and tried to eat more food and im up to 170

Yeah my buddy said the same thing. I got a cast iron stomach. my only worry is cost cause thats like an extra 7ish dollars a day.
