Interesting. /Fit/ is really divided on this subject. Some think women are supposed to be overweight and chubby, others think they should be skelly cardio bunnies. You seem to be one of the few who gets annoyed by women not lifting. Kudos to you.
It annoys me as well that women are afraid of gaining any muscle mass, looking like a marshmallow isn't sexy, but oh well.

This machine at my gym which essentially lets you do preacher curls but you add the weights via pl8s.
It gives the visual impression that you are curling a lot of weight but not really because of the leverages.

Girl having fat biceps/triceps is a biggest turnoff for me. Like, its my pet peeve.

Having lean arms with some muscular definition is preferred, but mostly you just have to be satisfied with simply skinny arms

I fuckin love that shit, but the limbs have to be long, and, like you said, they have to be skinny. I don't know how else to describe it, but "tubular" limbs are a massive, massive turn on for me.
