does anyone know what can bring on chronic fatigue?
I'm in a tropical region, and for weeks I've been the tiredest I've ever been in my whole life and
I'm at genuine risk of just falling asleep during the day if I stop moving, it's worst before lunchtime.
also getting spells of light headednes/weakness which is dangerous when I'm mountain climbing
getting 6-10 hours sleep daily, eating maybe 2 or three rice meals a day
Maybe a dietary deficiency? some kind of BS tropical disease? could it just be exhaustion?
any ideas?
Stay hydrated. Take a midday siesta.
