Alrighty people of /fit/ I need help cutting i have no idea how to do it and i don't wanna loose strength. I'm a rugby player and cant afford to but i ned to drop weight to play another position. Should i use cutting steroids? if so where do i get them? will diet alone be enough? what workouts should i be doing. HELP ME also pic unrelated
Eat shitloads of protein. Try not to lose more than 1lb a week if natural.
If you want to go down the route of drugs, then anavar, clenbuterol, t3, low dose test are all good options. Winstrol is great too but probably a bit rough on the joints for a rugby player.

If you're already below 20%bf then you were right with 1lb per week. No need to rush, it's not just muscle mass you're risking, it's bone mass too.
switch to eating only plain microwaved potatoes for a while, you'll be fine

here are things i've found to be most helpful in dropping fat ad maintaining strength on a cut
>keeping carb very low on rest days and keeping carbs higher on training days, so you get the benefit of a net carb reduction at the end of the week while still having the energy to hit your heavy weights
>doing moderate cardio 3-5 times a week but not before squat days
>eating very clean - zero processed sugar or fats (should be doing this anyway), no bread, no rice, lots of veg, very high protein
>as others have mentioned, not losing weight too fast
things are obviously going to be different if you need to lose weight by some deadline. i you have to drop a ton of weight fast, you're going to see some pretty severe losses in strength and mass. i believe you can get away with this for a week or two but that shit will catch up to you.
