Dragon is making ones with workable suspension and if you'll add some metal workable tracks you can make some cool ass looking Panther. Only the air surrounding the helicopter matters. It doesn't care if there is a train surrounding it or not. In general, what the air is doing far away from the helicopter matters less than what air is doing very close to helicopter. If the doors close on the train and there is literally 0 ventilation, the air will move same speed as train and the helicopter will move with the train as well.
