I just had to share this with someone.
I used to poop like a champion. Firm, single stool with minimal wiping. It was like clockwork right after a cup of coffee. But then I took an antibiotic (like an idiot) and now I have diarrhea from time to time, and it's a rare treat to have a nice, even shit. I'm pretty sure the antibiotic (amoxicillin) made me lactose intolerant.
Fuck.

It kills the good bacteria cultures in your gut dummy
>>41528018
Wait for your antibiotic course to finish and it should go away. Make sure you finish your course though I don't want to get super-virused thanks

>I'm pretty sure the antibiotic (amoxicillin) made me lactose intolerant.
does it require effort to be such a moron, or does it come naturally?

Get probiotics, also next time you get on an antibiotic run the probiotic with it.
In the marines they give us this strong as fuck antibiotic called doxysomething before we go into certain environments and it gave me the worst stomach pain and diarreah I've ever experienced. It was almost a week before my bowels returned to normal. I stopped taking it because it literally makes me combat ineffective and I would rather risk get whatever diseases it's preventing than take that shit again.
Fuck you medfags I don't care what you say that shit was awful. It also gave me brutal farts that dudes in my team would have to eat if they were behind me in a patrol

that is normal you have to restore the bacteria.
After I have some money I will get myself a gallon of raw milk and use lactasepills together, till I can drink milk again without pills.

viruses dont care about antibiotics

retard
OP you dumb fuck, your gut flora is just a mess like someone already mentioned. Take probiotics for a month or two and see how it goes. Next time you need an abx course, take them in advance. You dont understand how lactase works you nigger.

>does it require effort to be such a moron, or does it come naturally?
>implying lactose isn't digested by bacteria in your gut
>>41528318
no anon, it is digested by an enzyme called lactase. It is not bacteria.
>>41528300
>viruses dont care about antibiotics
oh shit you're right
>>41528318
Naturally it is then...
