oops meant to say "1 plate ohp harder than 2 plate bench" in my personal experience; when it's fully strict (no leg drive) the 60k press is a bit better than the 100k bench given both are equally trained (I know more people with benches above 100 than with presses above 60, most guys I know with benches around 100-110 strict press 50-55). 180k DL isn't that much either compared to the other lifts if you train it enough.

5/6 plate squats/deadlifts are definitely possible natty, albeit extremely impressive.

405lb bench is insane, however, the current record, wearing a benching shirt and presumably doing roids, is over 1000lbs (which is fucking insane anyway you look at it.) The record without a shirt is over 700lbs, albeit again by a Russian presumably on roids. Given those are the ceilings using steroids, I don't think it's unreasonable to say 405lbs is outside the natty realm of possibilities, given a gifted athlete, dedication, an unimaginable diet, etc. How well you'd be able to push that weight without neglecting other muscle groups, and likely injuring yourself, though, is debatable. Hitting one of 4/5/6 alone natty would be admirable accomplishment; I can't even fathom how one would train to hit all of them simultaneously without using roids.

I don't fucking know about a 3pl8 OHP though.
