i dont remember but i cant take these meme masters. these memers go on these 2 week fasts. I HAVE NOTHING AGAINSTED 1 DAY FASTS OR 10/14 ratio. these dumb fucks do it for 2 weeks and then after about 3 - 4 days there liver is tapped out on protien and then they lose all the stored protien/glucose and go into keto. then these retards continue the fast without a supply of protien and lose and wont gain muscle. then they say "ill just gain it back hur dur" you retards cant gain 5lbs of muscle back in a month lmao

"Time restricted eating" gives similar benefits to the extended fasting, but it doesn't give "the same" benefits such that a 4+ day fast is redundant.
