Just came back to the gym after a week..feel discouraged as fuck and want to kill myself. I feel my squat form isn't good at all and I try to fix it...try to put my grip more narrow...feel like a fucking chicken. I usually grip just inside the ring..also with squats am I supposed to push my knees outward?

Stop being a bitch, drop to the ground and give me 20 push-ups.

Then 20 ab crunches and 20 squats.

Repeat 3 times.

Go to gym tommorrow and work out properly.
