you're still not there yet. Build big enough delts and pecs and this should stop happening. Being lean helps too

Nature's greatest cruelty

I'm finally down to abs showing a little when I breathe or lots when I blow out air and tense to observe them. Still a bit to go, but lowest bf I've ever been. Today was first sighting of this new phase.

seems like it's something to do with visible sweet looking abs, yet in theory i have lost mass and my chest should look even better... what's happening here /fit/?
