Some people have a weird aversion/hatred of multivitamins, perhaps because they're a bit associated with people who don't know anything about nutrition. You already get enough of most of the stuff they contain as long as you eat a decent diet, however the things you as a /fit/izen want from them are magnesium, zinc, iron, vitamin D and folic acid.
In addition to a multivitamin, take fish oil/omega 3 tablets.
