Seriously, is there any real scientific proof or studies that show /fruading/ before age 25 is really all that bad? Just look at all of the older Mr. Olympia competitors like Arnold or Yates, both started very young and are normal now.

this seems to be the case every single time. You read on forums where guys who say they started at an early age don't regret it, then will turn around and advise against it before age 25. If someone is 20 years old and has 5+ years of consistent training under their belt I see no reason why they couldn't take them responsibly...
