Just eat a lot.
If you notice you're getting fatter, cut it back a little.
If you aren't gaining weight or getting stronger, then eat more.
You won't end up obese overnight, it takes months of overeating without attempting to stop it.

It would be virtually impossible for someone with your frame to get too fat in a short space of time, just make sure your eating in a caloric surplus and getting adequate protein (1.3g per pound of body weight) and take up a routine like SS or SL until your strength base is good enough to take up a routine like PPL.

Just eat at maintainance and eat 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight+. dont fall for the bulking/cutting meme.
as for fat/carb it's really just preference. for me i feel much better taking an intake of carbs throughout the day. for carbs though make sure to eat whole foods and try to cut sugar as much as you can.
