on monday i would do a DL variation like pause DLs instead of regular DLs

unless its a typo i would do the DL before squats on thursday, same for bench and ohp on on friday

i would do add some quad assistance in the lower days, i like single leg presses

i would add chins between bench and ohp to give some rest to your "pushing" muscles

i would go RPE on the 5x5s instead of 90% and if i had to do it with percentages, it would be something like 87%

Nuckols 3x int med bench is solid. Definitely a good starting point for benching 3x a week.

I think as long as you don't do the 2x3 too heavy it should be fine. You'll have to try it and judge for yourself to see if you're recovering well.

FYI there are about a half-dozen modifications of Texas Method in the 3rd Edition of Practical Programming. Many of them bench heavy twice a week. Some of them are three-day, many of them are 4-day splits.

You should get a copy of the book and read it, and try one of those modifications.

Yes sir. When I started this program my legs were much smaller and I could only squat 3pl8s for 4 at RPE9. Now I'm set to squat it for 10. I've also blown up my bench. 1rm increased by 15lbs so far and I just hit 5lbs less than my 5rm for 10

You have too many intensity days, you should have two max, keep the abs stuff, I would stick more to the original template than that to be honest, keeping most of the volume on one day except the deadlifting seems to works fine

I think 3x5 90% on the deadlift is a little high also, maybe 89-85%?

To be honest you probably don't really need much deadlift volume and could probably get away with just having deadlift intensity (rep PR) and some assistance work like deadlift off blocks, to knees, deficit etc
