Abs are made in the kitchen dog. You already look pretty low bf. probably 10-12%? If you really want them cut till about 8% but you'll look like a freak for the sake of some abs. You already look good too n-n-no homo

Thanks brah, I already do the leg raises but feel like they're not enough because the lower abs are never as sore as the upper ones the next day, will try some of that other stuff though

m8, do a lean bulk aka around 300 surplus with ab wheel and hanging leg raises
then once you put on some more mass and cut again your abs will pop up more
