Hes legit and the most qualified youtube fitness celebrity, but his program is nothing special. However you can mine his youtube for aome amazing tips and unorthodox exercises that might work for you as a bonus.

I use his cavaliere crossover for my upper chest and it's the best ive ever seen and ive never seen it anywhere else

I wouldn't buy the program but his youtube channel is on point - hes also geekily adorable.

I keep meaning to at least buy some of his protein in exchange for the hours of videos I've watched.

he is kinda knowledgeable, but these types of channels advocating programs are all a scam generally speaking. There are no secret programs that will help you become more ripped.
watch channels to get your form right, unsubscribe and be done with it. Youtube fitness is cancerous.

I bought his Xero program a while back and I gotta say, I learned a lot from it. Whenever I need to do bodyweight or abs I always come back to it.

Wouldn't buy his regular programs if you're already lifting though, they're basically a starting step into the lifting world and push you for ottermode body.

Oh! Keep in mind, these programs make you ottermode. For sure watch the channel, maybe buy the program.
