I need some help /fit/

I am an 18 year old 115 pound man and I wanna start working out to gain some muscle

I just got out of high school and I want to start working out, but I don't know any routines or whatever to go by

I wanna know a few workout sets to follow so I know what to do.

You gotta build a decent strength base before ya go for aesthetics.
You can't expect to look like anything, except ottermode, without at least a double bodyweight squat/deadlift.

That withstanding, if ya wanna go for hypertrophy: choose a bro split, 5-7 sets, 7-10 reps, 2-3 exercises per muscle group, carb cycle if ya care, still squat.
