It is really hard. I've cut it back to just Saturday/Sunday nights and drink flavored seltzer during the week to avoid the taste-craving.
It's actually made me feel so much better and be way more consistent with exercise and even when I do drink I've got a better handle on it and haven't been getting drunk.
