I've been on a cut for almost 2 months and only need 5 more pounds to go before I reach my goal weight. I've been including 600 calorie walks to my already 1500 calorie cut and I've been feeling weak. I'm I supposed to eat 600 ontop of the the 1500 or end up at 900 calories each day? I haven't ended up at 900 calories a day cause I've been cheating here and there so roughly 1300 calories average do to hunger pangs.
Similar situation here OP, I save the little carbs I have for half an hour before a workout and find that helps me quite a bit

up the mileage and start eating like a king. I eat 2500 / day and run 55 miles a week while squatting and deadlifting once a week too. Just don't overload on carbs but let yourself eat some more for christs sake
