Is eating one of these every day a stupid idea?
Unless you are watching your sodium intake, its really not that bad for you.It's about 400 calories a pack, high protein and low carb.
why not just cook a real turkey once a week

Stupid price wise. Deli from the counter is usually cheaper and better for you compared to that hotdog tier dogshit. Learning to cook simple shit will help you faaaaar more than shitty deli meat.
Well I work about 10 hours/day throwing heavy shit around for a good part of it. What's something high in protein that I could prep in the morning or just get at a store to snack on? There's no time for a real meal.

I only eat sodium drenched meat sadly but eat everything else clean. Nothing wrong but I wouldn't eat a full one of those a day. Sodium content would be a little much.
Can you eat egg whites as your main protein source everyday? Are there any downsides except the bland taste?
