shoulder clicking on bench press, what do?
>>41503289
stop benching
Form check, probably. Where does the bar hit your chest in relation to your nipples?
>>41503377
on the line of the nipples

Try shifting the weight down 1 or so inches below and make sure your hand spacing is right, be strict as fuck with your bar path and see if it helps.

Turn your music up so you don't hear the clicking.

Happens to me on incline, and just generally rotating my shoulder. Would also like to know why
>>41503743
>incline
I meant military
>>41503289
That's pretty impressive, I can only click with my fingers
>>41503743
happens to me during incline, only in DB on non-dominant side.
I thought it was imbalance and/or the angulation, so I switched to a slightly lower angle bench and ditched DB for incline entirely, never happened again.

Sorta on topic my legs crack like a motherfucker when i do squats but it dosnt hurt or anything.
It sounded like i broke my legs when i did my first rep today.
How i fix

OP here, mine's in the dominant side so that's weird. Also happens on pushups if my arms are too wide or even if I just pull my arm back relatively slowly. no problem in OHP though

This isn't true at all. Keep your fore arms vertical from all angles, for me this means I touch my sternum. Some people lower and some higher. Also retract scapula.
Bring shoulders UP, pull BACK and DROP, you should feels squeeze in your lats
