What should I work on?

I'd like to get "shredded", but don't like how my ribs are already showing.

cheat rows are the best, but reach atleast 225 for 5 strict row before you start incorporating them
also chest supported rows/snatch grip rows
upper back needs to be trained with heavy weights, and lat pulldowns are just not enough imho
