Has anyone ever used one of these wrist gyros before?
I have frail, limp wrists from a skateboarding injury that happened to me as a teenager, looking to do something to fix/strengthen them... Will this be beneficial or is it just a meme?

I have one, its a fun little toy but if your grip is weak then maybe it will help you
>>41495535
why don't you just mix in alternative grips on things like curls?

I have one and it's okay to use around the house or when watching TV or something. Use it to supplement exercise not replacement any rehab.
Whats wrong with deadlifts?

I'm a climber, and I have a few friends that use these. For our sport, it really isn't used for strength training. These are great for strengthening tendons and preventing tennis elbows if you already have strong forearms though.
I'm not saying they won't increase strength in someone with weak forearms, but I don't know enough to say that they do. At the very least it will increase your tendon strength though
