Just hurts to stretch out, I tried to put my foot down to stop from crashing my motorbike but it kept going and I did some splits. When I stretch my leg out straight its like a real intense pressure in the back of my thigh.

I think we got the same thing.
except mine happened while running. it didn't hurt initially, then I noticed the pain 2 days later. One day I went to work and walked a lot after, in the evening it hurt so bad i couldn't walk anymore for the next few days.
Keep yourself from using that leg the first few days, keep it elevated, iced.
Then slowly start doing stretches and exercising the leg. maybe with a resistance band you can do movements

I should mention it will take about 6-8 weeks for a decent recovery. maybe not fully recovered but enough so you can walk again with little discomfort.

well fuck

it might stop hurting mostly within 2-3 days
but dont mistake this as a good recovery, it needs a lot of time to heal
otherwise youll just injure yourself again
