Been on noopept, alpha gpc, and bacopa, and 4 grams of fish oil. for a week now, and I feel so much calmer and more at peace with life. The only way I can describe it is that when I used to sit quietly with myself there was always this jumpy tension that I never really noticed, but now its gone and there is just calmness. I can finally read my textbook chapters all the way through without getting distracted, my ADHD is far less noticeable, and my memory and social abilities also seem greatly improved. I highly recommend the combination.
