Hey /fit/ I need advice.
I'm not a novice lifter, but not a pro either, i've been mostly doing MMA, but now want to get into lifting seriously.
Squat 130kg
Bench 100kg
Deadlift 150kg
I've been doing 5/3/1 for 3 weeks now and feel that i progress too slowly and could maybe use some other program to increase my lifts faster.
Do you have any recommendations?

OP here, can't make it on MMA trainings anymore due to uni obligations. Want to lift for a few months to do something with myself.

i think that it's for more advanced lifters and that i could make more gains with something else made for lower intermediate level (quicker progression etc).

i want my lifts to go up, but also have day or two to work on my power and speed.
