>eggs and chicken breast
>healthiest foods in the world

Eggs are directly unhealthy and skinless chicken breast is only considered "healthy" because it's not as unhealthy as fattier, red meats, not because it has health-promoting properties of its own.

Replace with oats and beans.

Why do you think newer studies are definitely better than older studies?
>>
>>41484536
You stupid retard. Technology improve instruments that aid the scientists work
>>
>>41484565

What instrument difference do you think changes the results of a cholesterol feeding study from 1994 vs 2015?
>>
>>41483979

chili
pizza with tons of vegetables and meat
whole grain pasta with tons of meat
meat + vegetable stew
egg sandwiches on whole wheat

high fiber + high protein + high fat = quality gains

It's more about the difference in methodology, which can be influenced by the study's funding source, rather than how recently it was conducted.

>1992: 29% of studies on dietary cholesterol were funded by the egg industry
>2013: 92% of studies on dietary cholesterol were funded by the egg industry.

Most of the objective, well-designed studies on dietary cholesterol/eggs were done decades ago, showing harmful effects. Now most of the studies use underhanded tricks to get the results that the industry paying for the research wants so they can market their products with it. Newer studies are not necessarily better studies.

At least the other 3 are good. Only garlic deserves a spot there though.
