66, but this is after a cup of tea at my apartment and a cup of coffee at my office.
My resting heart ratr has gone down since I've started training to run a 5k with my gf. Anybody have any advice?

>>41483807
No, but you should be having a stroke in about ten years
111-70
if you have a low heartrate at all times you might be a thrill seeking psychopath, studies have proven this
56 bpm currently, working off two large coffees.

>>41483488
what app?
>>41483403
Mine's 68 right now
25yo
Measure it a few years ago and it was 60. I'm significantly fitter now since all I was doing then was medium distance steady state runs a few times per week, so hopefully it's lower.

Doctor looked at me like I had a problem last time I went in. He then tried giving me Lexapro because he thought it was because I had an eating disorder, not because I run 3-4 miles 4 days a week. I do have an eating disorder of sorts, but it ain't why my BPM is low.
/fat/ty here
Got it all the way down to 63 from a former 78-93
>>41483403
50-55. If you're above 65 at rest, you need to learn what being fit actually is and do some cardio alongside lifting.
23yo
42 is the lowest it get
I usually do 4-5 days a week 30min cardio. Also i have a pleb construction job so am active throughout the day everyday.

72 right now
I got 49 this morning, first time I've ever been below 50, looks like the cardio is paying off!
I'm jealous of cyclists who have heart rates in the high 30s
>>41485490
tfw 90s pro cyclists literally had to sleep with heart rate monitors because they could literally die from low heart rate
>>41485604
that sounds fake, no one died because they had a healthy heart rate, if the LOW heart rate is due to unhealthy lifestyle or disease then I'd understand.
>>41483661
81 bpm. Lots of cardio. I'm a special snowflake unfortunately due to an artificial metabolism.
Had my thyroid out five or so years ago and a side effect of my dosage is a high resting heart rate. Doctor says it's expected and that it's not an indicator of cardiac health.

Currently 54, same as yesterday.
Resting average a month ago was consistently 56. Pretty nice gains.
>>41485644
they were doped as fuck back then, so they had unnaturally low heart rates
>>41485655
I'm at 85 PMB while I lift and I'm at 23% BF, it's fucking weird, I shouldn't have this high.
Doctor said something about me having potential thyroid issue, tell me about yours, did you heart rate got raise due to the medication or what?
>>41485714
oh makes sense then, because I doubt having a low heart rate achieved normally would be something unhealthy.
Then yeah, I guess heart, as a muscle, grew due to all kind of hormone shit they injected themselves with.
45-55,lower if im hungry.
23yo, 5'9'' , 150lbs, 5 miles on bike each day

46bpm, 28yo.
Measured with my old Polar T31 chest strap. This is what I get every morning before getting up. The only cardio I do is a 4min of erg for warmup at the gym and cycling to places for a total of <20km per week. Low heart rate could be due to hypothyroidism. I've also been majorly depressed in the past and my gains haven't what I expected which are things that also correlate with hypothyroidism.

>>41485604
>>41485727
It was due to using EPO which increases red blood cell count. That makes your blood thicker and slower to flow which decreases heart rate.

I am going to.
What's a good cardio program to lower your heart rate?
I have POTS. My resting heart rate is usually around 70-90, but for some reason it's 62 right now. Moving around brings it up into the high 70's. Standing up brings it into the 130's, and the after a while it drops down to the 110's and 120's.
Realistically, how low could I get it down to by July?
>>41483403
95 avg
its ok im in 1/2/3/4 club and have severe anxiety whenever im not in the gym. my heart rate flies through the roof on basically everything.
>22 years old
>172lbs. @ 6'2" (been gaining weight slowly - trying to get to 185)

My doctor said not to worry since my blood pressure is fine, and since my meds don't seem to affect my heart rate while lifting, running, biking or playing rugby.
85, I have slight tachycardia

41 right now. Doctors freaked out for some reason last time I had my pulse taken. But I also had low blood pressure at the time.
AGE: 20
BPM: 57
Bretty good.
I've only started doing pretty mild cardio (2 mile-ish run) a few times a week a couple weeks ago, but I'm pretty sure my resting heartrate's always been around the lower 60's anyway.
13, i can put myself to sleep in a zen master, you should see doctors faces when i do it, very handy for deep see diving no oxy
>>41495183
Are you replying from burgershot?
>>41483661
Wait this is bullshit.
I've got around 50, but certainly not an athlete.
I do cardio twice a week though
71. It could definitely be better. I'm 23 and doing SS while eating at a caloric maintenance. I started out SS at 101kg's with 29% bodyfat at 5"11.
Should I start doing HIIT between workouts? I'm getting stronger fast, but I feel like my resting bpm could be improved.

>>41496155

okay
>>41483661
I play basketball and baseball with my friends a lot, and in general am very active outside of them gym despite working a sedentary job. In the gym though I don't do much cardio unless its shitty outside that day.
>>41483745
> not conditioning your resting heart rate to 60bpm so you can time random shit
Can you make it? No you can't
>>41496161
Why doubt?
60 when natty, 80 on test, highest i ever had was 100-120 on test + clen, had chest pains.
never did clen again
Almost 60 on the dot.
>>41495542
Sometimes or for some people strength training can have the same affect on the heart as endurance training. Or it's hypothyroidism. Or something else, maybe harmless or maybe not.
surprisingly I got 68. 21 years old.
I haven't done cardio in 3 months
I took 500mg of caffiene around 3 hours ago, I assume that affects my current heart rate as well?
>>41483466
you need to measure it just when you wake up dindus
