you should use as much weight as you can lift
which will generally be less than what you use on a flat bench
i'm the opposite for some reason. my OHP is far better than my bench so i can lift far more on incline than i can on flat one

If you're such a big-shot expert, why does your wife keep catching you eating nuggets of doo doo from your son's diaper?
>>41481997
cos they're really tasty

There's no WAY your son's poops are tasty.

I have a hard time doing a flat bench since I try to add as much as I can lift on it, I can still do the same weight on an incline bench but it's always horrible.
Maybe I should do the thing where you arrange a million smaller weights on it so that I can make something smaller than 15kg on each side. Like, 12.5 kg on each side for the incline press.

Wtf how?
>>41481921
doing 100 kilos on 45 degree incline is about as hard as doing 140 kilos on flat bench I would say
>>41482116
weird body
>press 82.5 kg for 5
>incline bench 2pl8 for 8
>flat bench 80 for 4

I find that most people who claim to be able to lift more doing incline are simply just afraid of failure on flat so they don't actually lift as much as they can. Get someone to spot you and I guarantee you all of a sudden will be able to bench more weight
