How do you modify Texas Method for powerlifting?
You do a powerlifting program. The TM template is specifically not for powerlifting as said by rip. I believe there is a pl version in the book practical programming for strength training. Or pick a program more specific to powerlifting.
read the book, its a great program

I don't have time or money to read the book.

Simply put, increase emphasis on bench at the expense of OHP and increase deadlift frequency.

download it from powerliftinggeneral.com and just read chapter 7

IT IS RIGHT THERE IN THE FUCKING BOOK YOU MORON!
THERE ARE ABOUT A HALF-DOZEN DIFFERENT FUCKING TEXAS METHOD TEMPLATES SPECIFICALLY FOR POWERLIFTING, WHICH ALL BENCH HEAVY TWO TIMES A WEEK.

I do both bench and ohp on M&W and shoot for a new 1rm diddle on F, is there a more efficient way to TM for powerlifters?

>take the plan
>change from the original plan however you want
That's how you modify a plan

Consider the following
notes:
>close-grip BP on volume day
>main goal of intensity day is to add 5lbs not to hit all 5 reps. If you don't think you can hit all 5 next week follow the "Phase 2" progression
>be conservative when transitioning to TM or any other program, first week you should be able to hit Intensity Day with a rep in the tank
