You do physical activity and abide by a set of rules to better yourself.
You worship your figure when you check yourself in the mirror.
Those who choose to meditate better their mind as well as their body and meditation requires time to be devoted to sitting in a position, doing nothing and thinking(much like a prayer).
Many read text on fitness.
