Don't start taking it unless you have PCT and AI on hand if you do, here's what you do.

>Assuming that your test vials are 250mg/ml

Take your test vial, drawing needle, pinning needle, syringe and alcohol wipe out.

Put the drawing needle onto the syringe.

Wipe down the top of your vial with the alcohol wipe

Uncap your needle.

Pull back the plunger to however much test you need. So if you needed 250mg, you pull it back to the 1ml mark.

Insert needle into the vial upsidedown

Inject 1ml of air into vial

Pull back plunger and get 1ml of solution

Take out and recap and remove the drawing needle.

Place on your pinning needle.

Wipe down your injection site (most likely the upper-outer portion of your glute) and allow it to dry for about 20 seconds.

Make the skin taut with your finger

Smoothly but quickly insert the needle into the taut area at 90 degree

Push on your plunger until all the solution is gone from the syringe

Take out the needle and release the your finger from making it taut

Apply an alcohol swab to the area for 20-30 second.

Recap your pinning needle and dispose of your shit.

Congratulations you just pinned testosterone.
